Privacy Policies
These bi-swinger parties are on-premise and held in a private home in London, Ontario, Canada.
It is the only on-premise event in the London area.
All clothes are left at the door, as these are on-premise parties.
Full ID is recorded for the safety of all guests.
Cameras may or may not be present

Our house parties are one of the very few events in Canada that welcomes single men and accepts bi-couples.
It was founded in the year 2000, for those who made a decision to remain single.
We do not discriminate. Singles are welcome. Bi-sex is welcome. Couples are welcome.
Bi means enjoying the best of sex in both worlds.
Privacy Policy
Obviously, this page could contain any amount of legal mumbo jumbo and double talk, so you have no idea what we mean.
Further, you could hire a Lawyer, or we could hire a Lawyer and make them rich arguing about a typo.
First and foremost, we hold private parties and they are run with ethics.
That is our privacy policy in a nutshell.
Ethics.
- Our mailing list is private and not for sale. Anyone may ask to be removed at any time.
All party announcements are mailed as infrequently as possible (I hate spam too).
All are sent with blind cc's.
- Guests are welcome to ask for e-mail addresses of contacts they made during the party.
Our policy is to forward the request to the person directly; it is up to them to decide to reply.
- All guests are required to have a first name only written on them as a name tag.
This is for safe sex. We need to be able to identify partners if there is a problem
(i.e. condoms refused to be worn). Anonymous sex is not acceptable.
- Full ID is recorded for all guests and kept on file. Anonymous sex is not acceptable.
- If you are found having unsafe sex without a condom, or attempting sexual assault with a guest,
you will be blacklisted and your identity posted to warn others.
Our responsbilitiy is for the safety of our guests and not protecting criminal acts of others.
- Id information will only be released to the London Police or the London Middlesex Health Unit.
Release of personal information will only be made to them in the event of a sexual assault, theft, or STD's.
- If you are cheating on your spouse, that is unsafe sex and places all guests at risk, as you are dishonest.
This is also legal grounds for divorce. Under a Court Order, server records and party records will be provided.
Please note that LONDON VICE has documentation on file to allow full access to the premise and server at any time.
I do report all criminal activity.
Pictures for party archives.
- There is a lot of effort put into promoting these parties and getting new guests.
If a tree falls in the forest, does it make a noise?
If a party has no pictures, did it exist?
- Cameras may not be present without approval of the host.
All photographers must abide by the privacy terms - nothing is released ed-edited. Period.
- Aside from the likeness of the host, all pictures will be edited to remove faces and tattoos.
Yet, why get a tattoo if you do not wish to have your ID stamped on your body?
The host is always fair game for new pics for his daily life.
- You have the right to review all edited pictures and ask for further edits to remove identifying details.
If you are not comfortable you may request them not to be used,
however the onus is on you review them to identify who you are.
Obviously, as host I cannot remember everybody.
- Orginals are archived for legal documentation reasons and will not be released except by Court Order.
We are all of age, so that is unlikely.
- Guests with personal pictures of themselves may use the originals for their own portfolio,
but only with the permission of everyone else in them. That is easy.
- All pictures will have a copyright for the protection of guests. This way they cannot be re-sold.
The directories are password protected, so search image engines cannot access them.
- Edited party pictures, on password protected galleries, are for the promoton of the party.
- Edited party pictures may be used in the password protected galleries for
the promotion of the "life of the host".
This is why his face is un-edited and he is always fair game for new pics. The host is not shy.
Make sure he is included in as many pics as possible.
