Plans for August 1st.

Sorry for the typos in my last newsletter. It is our 10th year and not 100th year. Yes, I do know the difference between there and their. Typos slip by.

Response has been great. We should have a full house.

I am limited to only 40 couples/singles and we are reaching that limit quickly. August 1st should be a hot and steamy night. The bi sex is getting better, and the women are exploring each other more. Bi is the best of both worlds and give the guys a chance to explore too.

Spam is increasing from Craigslist and Kijiji and I try not to send out too many newsletters. Hence, these web pages are frequently updated. Please make sure you look up for recent changes or updates.

All clothes are left at the door

We've gone back to our original policy of all clothes are left at the door after you sign in. The front room is the change room and bags are available for clothes. Clothes are left in the living room by the fireplace for safety. That seems to work well for safety.

Wives who are on their period are encouraged to wear wraps to make it clear some parts are off limits during the party. Transgendered (males turning into females and females turning into males) may wear appropriate clothing. Cross dressers still have to leave their clothes at the door, though.

Without clothes, we are all equal. None of us are the Ken and Barbie types. We are each built differently. The wives may be shy, but think about the guys - not everyone is hung the same - and that becomes obvious. Guys are just as insecure as the wives.



Outdoor play during the summer

The summer weather is here and we may have our overflow outside. My private tanning area is now complete and completely safe for outdoor sex now. The patio lights add to the ambience for soft lighting. Lighting is important as we always want to see our partners. More comfortable.

Party plans for August

I'm expecting many of the regulars to return and some new guests for their first time. Please make them feel welcome and socialize. For some it will be their first venture into swinging parties. It takes time to get comfortable. This is where leaving clothes at the door helps.

For the out-of-towen guests, you are welcome to crash over night and enjoy breakfast in the morning. Very casual. Please do not drink and drive. That goes to all the guests. Keys Pleeze and a new service (on the ads page) offer excellent services.

Please try to show up promptly at 8pm. I do not answer my door before 8pm and unless pre-arranged, not after 9pm. The one hour social is very important. Interruptions after 9 break the flow. Out-of-town guests can make arrangements though, same for those who get off work late. Please do not decide to show up "fashionable late.

For this party, I am going to drop the concept of the "dark room". It is not safe as people step on people and it just makes for very awkward sex. For those so inclined, I do have blindfolds. Much easier.

Please make sure the lights are left on low and not turned off completely. Walking into a room without lights is not welcoming. Swinger parties are about sharing. With some light, you know your partner.
